I. Ownership of Content & Data

Sports Data

Real-time scores, player statistics, and match data are provided by Sportmonks. While we strive for accuracy, Soccer.Town does not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Soccer.Town is not liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) resulting from data delays or errors.

Logos & Trademarks

All team logos, league badges, and player images are the intellectual property of their respective owners (clubs, leagues, or agencies). Soccer.Town displays these assets for informational and editorial purposes only and does not claim ownership of them.

Soccer.Town Property

All custom platform code, UI design, and original content are the property of Soccer.Town.

II. User Code of Conduct

Soccer.Town is a community built on respect. The following behaviors result in immediate account suspension:

Harassment or "doxing" of other players or staff.
Posting fraudulent scores or manipulating league data.
Attempting to "scrape" or extract the underlying Sportmonks data from our platform for commercial use.

III. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payments

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours prior to a session are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

IV. Limitation of Liability

Physical Activity

Soccer is a contact sport. By using our facilities or joining our leagues, you acknowledge the inherent risks. Soccer.Town and its data partners are not liable for injuries sustained during play.

Platform Uptime

We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

V. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
